When you use Hockey OS and opt in to text messages, we may collect: your mobile phone number, to deliver the messages you have requested; consent records, documenting how and when you opted in; message interaction data, such as messages sent and received and keyword responses like STOP or HELP; and account and roster information you or your team provide, such as name, role, and email.

We use your information only to operate the service you have requested, including sending team announcements, alerts, reminders, and other notifications; managing your subscription and opt-out preferences; and providing support and maintaining the security of the platform.

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Hockey OS related to your team, such as announcements and alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance.
